Shipping Policy
We aim to ensure that you receive your book as quickly as possible.
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays).
Please note that any delays are due to a high volume of orders, public holidays or courier company problems that are outside our control.
Return & Exchange Policy
If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your book must be in the original packaging, be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at beeshabubooks@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
International Shipping Policy
We may offer international shipping on large orders. Please get in touch directly via email to beeshabubooks@gmail.com to request and organise special shipping.
Your order may be subject to import duties, customs and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country.
The customer is responsible for all taxes, duties, customs, and other charges in their respective territory/country, to process and receive their shipment accordingly. Beeshabu Books takes no responsibility for any or all products that may be held in customs, have outstanding import/duty taxes or otherwise held by the governing body in that territory.
